The pool is heated to 85 degrees, with no additional pool heat fee.

The gazebo is a great place to hang out away from the rest of the group.
Get an outdoor bathroom in the cabana so you don't have to go all the way inside when hanging out in the pool or cleaning the days fish at the dock.
This house has a unique cabana with a restroom, something you won't find at other vacation rental houses.
Head down the newer dock through the mangroves and out to the wide canal.
40 ft of deep dockage on the end of the T shaped dock gives plenty of space for any boat. With the 320ft wide canal, you can easily raft multiple boats off the dock if needed.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Our family has vacationed in Marathon for many years and has always felt drawn to the laid-back Keys lifestyle. Over time, that love turned into a passion for creating places where families can truly relax, connect, and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Captain’s Landing reflects what we value most about the Keys—easy days on the water, afternoons by the pool, and evenings spent together outdoors. We’re especially fond of the outdoor pool and living space, where it’s easy to unwind while kids splash in the pool or the sun sets over the canal. The location is one of our favorite parts: a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with quick boat access to world-class fishing, nearby sandbars, and the Gulf via the Vaca Cut, plus an easy drive to Sombrero Beach. We take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and well-cared-for home and are always happy to help make your stay memorable.
