I've taken care to ensure that the inside of Captain's Rooftop provides incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean from the kitchen, living room, lanai, and rooftop. You come to Marathon for the ocean, so you should get to look out over it both when you are out on the boat, and when you are back at the house. The house itself, grounded and sturdy, sits high and dry, a testament to the Keys' resilience and charm.
Families find a special kind of joy here. The property is designed for multigenerational enjoyment, with spaces that bring together the young and the young at heart. Games like foosball and corn hole, beckon for friendly competition. An elevator gives easy access for guests of all ages to the top floor without going up a single step.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
Our family has visited Marathon for our vacations for many years and we've always dreamed of owning our own little piece of paradise in the area! Captain's Rooftop is that dream come to life. We've put a lot of love and care into the home to make it a wonderful place for a family getaway. We love relaxing on the rooftop kitchen and living space. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is one of a kind. The home is just a short boat ride to the best snorkeling in the area, super close to world class fishing, and quick access off the canal straight onto the Atlantic Ocean. It's even located on a canal with exceptional fishing right in the back dock. It's a quick drive to Sombrero Beach and the neighborhood is perfect for morning or evening walks or bike rides. We're excited to make plenty more family memories and are happy to be able to offer Captain's Rooftop for you to make memories in as well.
